spammers?

I noticed that lately there have been many people making accounts and some of them are just normal people, but some of them are strange people using their account to advertise for strange sites.. they never post and they have weird names like Skdgpccg and stuff.. and when you click on their name and look on their profile they have interests like 'viagra' and their website is something like http://viagra-sex-story.supermedpharm.info
I think maybe the accounts should be checked and when they have weird stuff like that on their profile they should be deleted. I think those people are spammers and they may be a threat to the site, they may want to hack it or something, so...

well.. I noticed it and I thought I should notify you people about it.. maybe you can check it out? thanks..
