The question is easy, but the answer is difficult.
My Top 5:
1 - Phantom Of The Opera
2 - Blue Rain
3 - The Barely Acceptable Truth Of Knowing II
4 - My Heart Is In Your Hands
5 - Realm Of Nature
Maybe tomorrow my favourite guitar solo will be Blue Rain... or Blasphemian Charlatan... or Illsia... or... 
Metal Majesty and V project not includes.
It seems to me that the best guitar solos are in "Kosmos" and "Gaia II" album.

second: Valensia has too much good Guitar solo's, so I like more than 5 xD
