I think the young Dutch artist and my musical friend Soterian deserves some attention! I've met him via the Valensia Mailing List, and we've been e-mailing eachother ever since. When listening to most of his songs you can tell he's heavily influenced by Valensia's music, especially songs like Scaraboushka, T'kylah and Gantenbrink.
Valensia on Soterian:
"I really like these songs! Most creative stuff I've heard together with the Japanese Aurelia. These two guys are the two only persons Valentine and I actually like music-wise. Very nice!"

I recently came across his Myspace page and heard some of his songs. I did hear the Valensia influence, however the songs were not to good. I do want to go back and listen again, perhaps the songs will grow on me.
